Do you accept purchase orders and offer terms of payment?
Yes, we accept purchase orders from accredited companies and we can offer flexible payment terms subject to approval.
Can you customize sports merchandise with our company/school logo?
Absolutely! We provide full customization on dri-fit custom uniforms using full dye sublimation or provide embroidery and direct-to-film (DTF) heat transfer of logo or other characters to readily available merchandise such as sports bags, caps and shirts.
What are your delivery timelines?
Delivery timelines depend on the product availability and order size, but typically range from 3–7 working days for products stored in our warehouse or nearby stores, and 7-15 working days for customized merch.
Do you provide after-sales maintenance?
Yes, we offer after-sales support including product guidance, maintenance services (for select items), and assistance with any concern.
